Quality Control Process
1. Introduction
At JIALIFT, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality electric forklifts. To ensure the excellence and reliability of every product, we have implemented a comprehensive quality control process. Our quality control system covers every aspect from raw material procurement to production, inspection, and after-sales service, ensuring our products meet international standards and exceed customer expectations.
2. Quality Management System
We have established and adhere to an international quality management system, such as ISO 9001. This system includes the following core components:
- Quality Policy: Ensuring that quality is the core of our business, committed to meeting customer needs and continually improving.
- Quality Objectives: Setting specific quality objectives to quantify and track quality improvements.
- Organizational Structure: Employing a dedicated quality management team responsible for quality control and enhancement
3. Raw Material Procurement and Inspection
- Supplier Selection: We collaborate with carefully selected and certified suppliers to ensure the high quality of raw materials.
- Raw Material Inspection: All incoming raw materials undergo multiple tests, including chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensions. Only materials passing these tests are allowed into production.
4. Production Process Control
- Pre-Production Preparation: Before production begins, all equipment and tools are calibrated and maintained to ensure they meet standard requirements.
- Process Monitoring: During production, operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct regular quality checks. The production line is equipped with real-time monitoring systems to track production data.
- Critical Control Points (CCPs): Identifying and controlling critical points in the production process, such as welding quality and assembly precision, to ensure stringent control and monitoring.
5. Product Testing and Inspection
- Function Testing: Each electric forklift undergoes comprehensive function tests before shipment, including load tests, operational performance tests, and safety tests.
- Durability Testing: Products are subjected to simulated long-term use durability tests to ensure reliability and stability in actual usage.
- Quality Inspection: The final inspection team checks the product's appearance, dimensions, assembly, and functionality to ensure compliance with design specifications and customer requirements.
6. Handling Non-Conforming Products
- Identification and Isolation: Non-conforming products are immediately isolated to prevent them from proceeding to the next stage.
- Root Cause Analysis: Detailed analysis of non-conforming products to identify the root cause.
- Corrective Actions: Implementing corrective and preventive measures, including process improvements, procedural adjustments, and additional training, to prevent recurrence of similar issues.
7. Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Customer Feedback: Collecting customer feedback and complaints as a crucial basis for quality improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assessing the quality control process and implementing improvements based on feedback and quality data to continually enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
