Clinical manifestations

①Incubation period

From human infection with Plasmodium to the onset of disease (oral temperature exceeds 37.8 ℃), it is called the incubation period. The incubation period includes the first reproductive cycle of the entire infrared and intra-red periods. Generally, it takes 14 days for Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium ovale, 12 days for Plasmodium falciparum, and 30 days for Plasmodium 3 days. The amount and strain of the infected protozoa, the difference in human immunity, and the way of infection can cause different incubation periods. In temperate regions, there are so-called long-latency strains, which can last for 8 to 14 months. The incubation period of blood transfusion infection is 7 to 10 days. ②Chill period
