Customizable HDPE Textured Geomembrane for Tailings Storage and Landfill Applications
Product Introduction
Column point geomembrane is a type of impermeable material made from high molecular polymer as the basic raw material. It not only prevents liquid seepage but also prevents gas volatilization. This material has a wide range of applications in construction engineering, highway tunnels, subways, railway tunnels, industrial and mining, and municipal underground engineering projects.
Product Properties
The characteristics of the pillar point geomembrane lie in its surface pillar point structure, which is formed by a special mold pressing roller, evenly distributed, both beautiful and capable of increasing the friction coefficient. The front and back sides of the membrane can be hot-fused into one with different materials and colors, allowing the product's front and back sides to be set according to geological conditions and engineering requirements in engineering applications. This production process not only retains the mechanical properties of the material itself, as well as good elongation and chemical property stability, but also enhances the product's tensile, wear resistance, and puncture resistance through the addition of a certain proportion of functional additives. In addition, the pillar point geomembrane has a high resistance to acid and alkali, microbial, and chemical erosion.
Product Application
1. Landfill: Used as an impermeable layer to prevent contaminants from seeping into groundwater.
2. Tailings storage yard: prevent harmful substances in tailings from penetrating into the environment.
3. Slope engineering: Due to its high friction, it is particularly suitable for slope engineering to prevent geomembrane from sliding.
4. Dam anti-seepage: enhance the anti-seepage capacity of the dam to prevent water penetration.
5. Artificial lakes and reservoirs: as impermeable layers, maintain the stability of water bodies.
