Protect Your Environment with HDPE Textured Geomembrane in Sewage Treatment Plants and More
Product Introduction
Spray Coarse Geosynthetics Membrane is a special geosynthetic material. It is produced on the basis of the traditional production process of polyethylene impervious membrane by updating the production equipment, so that the surface of the produced polyethylene impervious membrane forms a granular rough surface. This design not only improves the friction performance of the geomembrane surface, but also has stronger tensile strength compared to the smooth membrane of the same specification.
Product Properties
Spray Rough Geomembrane has various performance characteristics that make it excel in impervious engineering. Firstly, its impermeability is highly reliable with a small permeability coefficient, effectively preventing water seepage. Secondly, the construction and laying are relatively easy, reducing construction difficulty and cost. In addition, spray rough geomembrane has strong tensile strength, elongation at break, and puncture resistance, with stable material properties that can resist the erosion of various chemical agents. The seams are connected by double-seam hot welding, ensuring high seam strength and minimizing leakage risks.
The application field of spray rough geotechnical membrane is very extensive, mainly including the following aspects:
Landfill - Spray-coated geomembranes can be used for the impermeable layer of landfills to control odor and reduce the generation of leachate.
Tailings Storage Facility: In tailings storage facilities, the spraying of rough geomembrane can prevent harmful substances from leaking and protect the environment.
Channel Imperviousness: Whether it's a water conveyance canal or an effluent river, the grooved geomembrane can effectively prevent water loss.
Dam Seepage Prevention: In dam construction, shotcrete geosynthetic membrane can be used as a seepage-proof layer to enhance the safety and stability of the dam.
Subway Engineering: In subway engineering, waterproofing and seepage prevention also require the support of shotcrete geotechnical membranes to ensure the quality and safety of the project.
To sum up, the spray-coated geomembrane is a high-performance impervious material suitable for various engineering fields, with broad market demand and application prospects.
