Compound Geomembrane Excellent Chemical and Corrosion Resistance for Various Environments
Product Introduction
Compound geomembrane is a type of impervious material made by heat-composite of geotechnical fabric and geomembrane.
Product Properties
Good physical and mechanical properties: Under harsh working conditions (such as being submerged in water or laid on soil with high humidity), it exhibits excellent resistance to hydrolysis and good mechanical properties in wet conditions.
Withstand environmental factors
Resistant to ultraviolet radiation, hydrolysis, and high and low temperatures: Exposed to sunlight, so it needs to have resistance to ultraviolet rays, and it needs to adapt to the temperature when in contact with materials such as asphalt, requiring a high melting point.
Chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-mildew: Due to different types of water and soil (pH, salinity, elements contained, etc.) that it comes into contact with, it must have chemical stability.
Good water permeability: Good water permeability is required for filtration and drainage.
Product Application
Water Conservancy Projects
Suitable for anti-seepage projects such as river dikes, artificial lakes, wetland construction, water conservancy canals, and landscape lakes, often used for anti-seepage treatment of dams and drainage canals.
Can be used for the impermeability of water storage tanks, which can be either natural earthen ponds or constructed with concrete, and will inevitably have some seepage. Composite geomembranes can solve this problem.
It has been widely used in channel seepage control projects, and gradually replaced traditional concrete, plastics, and metal containers in environmental protection seepage control in petrochemical and mining industries, making it an excellent choice for environmental protection and breeding.
Construction Engineering Aspects
Can be used for waterproofing and seepage control in subway tunnels, basements, and tunnels; road and highway foundations; prevention of soil salinization in foundations and other areas; waterproof layers for expansive soils and collapsible loess; roof leak prevention, etc.
Other Aspects
Commonly used for anti-pollution treatment in material yards, impervious treatment of tailings dam and sewage reservoir dam body and reservoir area, construction cofferdam, waste material yard, etc.
