Product Introduction
The smooth surface geomembrane is made of high quality raw material high density polyethylene (HDPE) as the impermeable substrate. In the production process, a certain amount of carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging agent, ultraviolet absorber and color masterbatch are added to the special formula, and the highly automated geomembrane equipment is refined by three-layer co-extrusion blow molding technology.
Product Properties
Excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking: Maintains structural stability in complex environments and is not prone to damage such as cracks.
Wider operating temperature range: The operating temperature range is from -60 to +60°C, suitable for various climates.
Strong Tensile Strength and Fracture Elongation: Can adapt to geological uneven settlement strain force, and can be used under various harsh geological and climatic conditions.
Low Permeability: Features excellent impermeable properties, effectively preventing the penetration of liquids and more.
High puncture resistance: It is not easily punctured when subjected to external pressure or sharp objects.
Stable resistance to low-temperature brittleness: Does not easily become brittle in cold environments, maintaining normal performance.
Good elongation and wear resistance: ensures durability and adaptability during use.
Chemical Properties
Excellent chemical resistance: Resistant to most household and industrial chemicals, but certain chemicals such as corrosive oxidizers (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene), and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride) can cause chemical corrosion.
Anti-aging Performance: The addition of anti-aging agents and other auxiliary materials during the production process, combined with its inherent chemical stability, makes it highly resistant to aging. This reduces maintenance and care work for the project, ensuring a long service life of up to 50 years.
Ultraviolet Resistance: The additives incorporated during the production process ensure its resistance to ultraviolet exposure.
Product Application
1. Water conservancy project: river embankment, lake dam, tailings dam, sewage dam and reservoir area, drainage channels, liquid storage pool (pit, mine), vertical core wall, slope protection, seepage prevention, plugging, reinforcement.
2. Waste solid liquid treatment: landfill, sewage treatment plant, power plant regulation pool, industrial, hospital solid waste sewage or waste residue treatment field seepage prevention.
3. Municipal engineering: subway, building underground engineering, planting roof, roof garden, sewage pipe, tunnel, tunnel and other anti-seepage lining.
