Product Introduction
Columnar point rough geomembrane is a special type of geomembrane, which adds columnar or point texture on the basis of traditional rough geomembrane to improve its friction coefficient and adhesion.
Advantages of HDPE Textured Geomembrane With Column Point Structure
1). Enhanced coefficient of friction: The column point design provides a higher coefficient of friction, helping to prevent geomembrane from sliding on slopes.
2). Anti-slip function: the column point structure enhances the anti-slip performance of the geomemofilm, which is suitable for steep slopes and vertical anti-seepage projects.
3). High tensile strength: Compared with the traditional rough surface geomembrane, the post point geomembrane has higher tensile strength.
4). High friction coefficient: the friction coefficient of the column point geomembrane is usually 0.8, which is much higher than the traditional rough geomembrane.
5). Chemical corrosion resistance: It has good chemical corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of various chemical substances.
6). Environmental stress cracking resistance: can maintain stability in harsh environments, not easy to crack.

Product Application
1. Steep slope seepage prevention: column point rough surface geomembrane is especially suitable for steep slope seepage prevention projects to improve the stability of the project.
2. Vertical impermeability: In vertical or near-vertical impermeability projects, the column point design helps to keep the geomembrane fixed.
3. Dam reinforcement: used for dam reinforcement engineering, improve the stability of the dam and anti-seepage performance.
4. Landfill: It is used in the slope anti-slip and anti-seepage of landfill and sealed field to prevent pollutants from penetrating into the environment.

(1)Worksite treatment: The laying base should be solid and flat. There should be no roots, rubble, stones, concrete particles, steel bars, glass shards, etc. that may damage the HDPE geomembrane within a vertical depth of 25 mm.
(2)Pave: The outdoor laying construction of HDPE geomembrane should be above 5 °C, and there is no rain or snow-free weather below 4 winds. When laying the geomembrane, the weld seam should be minimized. Under the premise of ensuring the quality, the raw materials should be saved as much as possible, and the quality can be easily ensured.
(3)Measure: measure the size for cutting.
(4)Cutting: Cutting according to actual size needs; the lap width is 10cm~15cm.
(5)Trial welding: Test welding must be performed before the welding work is carried out. The test welding shall be carried out on the sample of the impervious material provided. The length of the sample shall not be less than 1 m and the width shall not be less than 0.2 m. After the test welding was completed, three 2.5 cm wide test pieces were cut to test the tear strength and the weld shear strength.
(6)Welding: The geomembrane is welded using automatic crawl type double rail welding machine. An extrusion hot-melt welder shall be used where the double rail welding machine can not work. It's matched with the welding rod of the same material with geomembrane.The welding process are as follows: adjusting the pressure, setting the temperature, setting speed, joints inspection, geomembrane loading into the machine, start the motor.There shall be no oil or dust at the joints, and there shall be no debris, condensation, moisture and other debris in the lap joint surface of the geomembrane. Must be cleaned before welding.
