Chemical Resistant HDPE Smooth Geomembrane For Environmental Protection
Product Introduction
Smooth geomembrane, also known as smooth geomembrane, is a widely used waterproof barrier geosynthetic material. The material is made of high polymer as the basic raw material, by using high quality primary high density polyethylene (HDPE) as the impermeable substrate, adding a certain amount of carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging agent, ultraviolet absorber and color masterbatch in the production process, and by three layer co-extrusion blow molding technology batch refining.
Product Properties
High tensile strength, high tear resistance, good flexural, flexibility, elasticity, adapt to geological uneven settlement, strong acid, alkali, oil corrosion resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, good heat resistance and cold resistance.
Product Application
1. Water conservancy project: including river dike, lake dam, tailings dam, sewage dam and reservoir area, water channel, liquid storage tank, etc.
2. Environmental protection engineering: such as landfill, sewage treatment plant, power plant regulating pond and other waste treatment site seepage prevention.
3. Municipal engineering: subway, building underground engineering, planting roof, roof garden, sewage pipe, etc.
4 Aquaculture: Suitable for seawater and freshwater fish and shrimp farms.
5. Landscape engineering: waterproofing and moisture-proof of river, reservoir, artificial lake, pond bottom of golf course, slope protection and green lawn.
6. Salt industry: salt field crystallization pool, halogen pool cover, salt film, salt pool plastic mat film, etc.
7. Transportation infrastructure: roads, highways, railway foundation waterproof layer, etc.
8. Petrochemical industry: chemical plants, refineries, oil storage tank impermeability, chemical reaction tank, sedimentation tank lining, etc.
9. Mining engineering: the bottom lining of washing pool, pile leaching pool, ash pile, dissolution pool, sedimentation tank, pile yard, tailings and so on.
