Steel-Plastic Geogrid For Reinforcement Of Railway Dam Foundation
Product Introduction
Steel-plastic geogrid is a kind of special geosynthetic material. It is by using a special process to cover high-strength steel wire with high-density polyethylene and other additives into high-strength strips, and then these steel plastic strips in the same plane longitudely and crosswise according to a certain spacing or clamping arrangement, and through ultrasonic fusion welding technology to form the final grid shape. The properties of this material can be adjusted according to engineering requirements by adjusting the mesh diameter and the number of steel wire to change the tension of the ribbon.
Product Properties
1. High strength, small creep: can provide stable support in various environments.
2. Strong adaptability: It can meet the use requirements of tall retaining walls in high-grade highways.
3. Durability: The polyethylene material used can resist the erosion of acid and base, salt solution or oil at room temperature, and will not be damaged by water dissolution or microorganisms.
4. Construction friendly: It is not easy to be crushed or damaged by machinery during construction, which reduces the possibility of construction damage.
Product Application
Steel-plastic geogrid are widely used in strengthening retaining walls, slopes, roads, railways, highways, abutments and other engineering projects.
