Application: for bottom edge polishing on straight edge machines, bilateral machines

Performance description: 10S polishing series - for polishing the bottom edge and 45 degree chamfering of glass on straight edge machines. It can also be used for the fine polishing of bevelled edges of glass and can replace the imported 10S series and BK series.
When this product is used for straight bevelling machines, the front process must be combined with diamond wheels and resin wheels, and the back process must be combined with wool wheels.

Note: Coolant must be used for this product. Please use at high line speeds of 30m/s.

Characteristics: This product is available in 40/60/80/120 mesh, the different mesh sizes are different in terms of the coarseness and precision of the grinding wheel grit, the smaller the mesh the larger the grit size, the sharper the grinding wheel, and the corresponding brightness is not as bright as the larger mesh. The larger the relative mesh, the smaller the grit size, the shinier the grinding wheel, the relative sharpness is not as good as the former.

The 10S is suitable for use on glass bilateral grinding machines for bottom edge polishing and can be used at running speeds of up to 8 m/min for glass processing with a polish of over 7 Gs if a diamond resin wheel is used in the front station, and is an ideal alternative to the 10S series or the BK series if you wish to maintain polishability while increasing running speed. Operating speed up to 2800 rpm.
