1. Get off the car assembly

The disembarking assembly consists of a chassis, left and right steering wheel hubs, hydraulic drawers, battery drawers and related hydraulic and electrical components.

The tires are made of high-load solid rubber tires.

The walking mode is hydraulically driven, and White drive motors and brakes are selected to meet the vehicle's driving requirements in different environments. The traveling mechanism has a self-braking function when driving on a slope, and is also equipped with a clutch device to facilitate towing in the event of a failure.

The steering mechanism adopts a link-type steering mechanism driven by a hydraulic cylinder and a center-pivot steering system, which allows the machine to have an ultra-compact inner turning radius and enable the platform to adapt to narrow environments.

2. Scissor arm assembly

Using a wide scissor mechanism, the support surface is close to both sides of the chassis, making the movement of the mechanism smoother.

3. Electrical system

The electrical system adopts the control system provided by the American PG Tronic company and adopts CAN bus control technology. The base and platform are equipped with control panels respectively, and the platform is equipped with displays. CAN bus is used for communication between the base and platform controllers to control machine actions.

The main functions of the electrical system are:

Steering and driving control of the chassis; raising and lowering actions of the platform.

Implemented security protection measures:

The control system integrates a tilt sensing device to limit the rising and walking of the machine under dangerous ground conditions;

Load alarm system, the machine will automatically alarm if the safe load is exceeded;

The handle is integrated with an interlock switch to prevent the machine from moving when the handle is accidentally touched;

Equipped with automatic pothole protection device and motor overheating self-stop control device;

Equipped with manual lowering device;

When the machine is raised, it is automatically limited to low speed;

The two wheels are automatically locked when parking, and the brakes are automatically released by hydraulic pressure when driving.

4. Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is driven by a pump and is directly driven by the battery to provide power for the hydraulic system. The hydraulic assembly uses components provided by Hydraforce in the United States, and the hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology to achieve smooth machine movements. Walking is divided into two levels: high and low.

The lifting cylinder is equipped with a flow-limiting valve to ensure that the hydraulic hose rupture platform can descend smoothly;

The machine's oil cylinder is equipped with an emergency lowering valve, which allows the platform to lower at a smooth speed in case of unexpected failure or power shortage to ensure personnel safety.
