Features:

1.The structure of the whole machine adopts ergonomic design scheme and independently designes two parts of mechanical and electrical control system. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure and convenient operation and maintenance. 2.The increased space inside the whole machine design makes the electronic control box have enough heat dissipation space, which greatly reduces the damage and power loss of electronic components. 3. The connection between gear pump and motor adopts universal joint connection, which is used to make the angle between the two ends of the transmission shaft equal, ensuring that the instantaneous angular velocity of the output shaft and the shaft input shaft are always equal, which ensures the stability and uniformity of the melter during high-speed operation. . 4. The pressure plate is made of aluminum alloy precision casting, processed by precision machining CNC technology, and the surface layer is formed by DuPont Teflon deep penetration sintering treatment. It has the advantages of high coating strength and easy to fall off, which greatly reduces the phenomenon of carbonization of hot melt adhesive. . 5.
