Low-E Tempered Vacuum Insulated Glass Panels Energy Saving Glass
Low-E tempered vacuum insulated glass adopts a three-glass, two-cavity structure and is made of low-e tempered vacuum glass and insulated glass. Compared with ordinary insulated glass, Low-E tempered vacuum insulated glass has better safety, sound insulation, heat insulation and energy-saving properties.
Joy Shing Glass Co., Ltd. can produce glass thickness, size, color, shape and composite processed glass according to requirements, such as insulated laminated glass, triple-layer insulated glass, etc.

Advantage of Low-E Tempered Vacuum Insulated Glass
1. Optical properties: According to the different properties of the combined insulated glass original sheets, the general visible light transmittance ranges from 70 to 80%, and the reflectivity from 10 to 42%.
2. Thermal properties: Low-E tempered vacuum insulated glass can effectively reduce the heat transfer coefficient, and if filled with inert gas, the U value of the heat transfer coefficient can be further reduced.
3. Sound insulation performance: Generally, insulated glass can reduce noise by about 30 decibels, and the sound insulation effect of insulated glass can be further improved after being filled with inert gas. The sound insulation performance of low-e tempered vacuum insulated glass is higher than them.
Application of Low-E Tempered Vacuum Insulated Glass
It is widely used in glass curtain walls, doors and windows in high-end residences, commercial centers, green buildings, energy-saving buildings, etc., as well as in passive house renovations.
