Description

The tooth height of CVT PULLEY SHAFT is 8 and the tooth width is 34, This kind of steel has high hardenability. In a certain range, the bending fatigue life of gears increases with the increase of hardenability. It is pointed out in the literature that changchun FAW uses 20CrMnTiH steel in the production of rear axle gear of "Jiefang" brand 9T truck. Even if steel of group ⅱ hardenability is used (J9=36 ~ 42HRC), the hardness of tooth center of the gear after heat treatment is only 22 ~ 24HRC.

The main chemical components (mass fraction, %) of the steel are as follows: 0.19 ~ 0.25C, 0.55 ~ 0.90Mn, 0.15 ~ 0.35Si, 0.85 ~ 1.25Cr, 0.35 ~ 0.45Mo. After negotiation with steel mills, a new type of steel, 22CrMoH steel, has been produced. Its hardenability index is J9=36 ~ 42HRC, which can meet the requirements of automobile gear. However, the steel process performance is poor, gear forging billet can be cut after isothermal annealing treatment, hardness is 156 ~ 207HB, metallographic structure is first eutectoid ferrite + pseudo-eutectoid pearlite.
