Description

The main processing equipment for Aluminum Forging Components is mechanical press, which can be distinguished by application characteristics and fuselage structure. The application features are double acting deep drawing press, multi-station automatic press, rotary head press, hot die forging press and cold extrusion press. The fuselage structure has two types: open and closed.

Open press: also known as punch, the most widely used. Open presses are mostly vertical. The body is C-shaped, the front, left and right sides are open, the structure is simple, easy to operate, the body can be tilted to a certain Angle, so that the washed workpiece slides down into the hopper, easy to realize automation.

Closed press: the fuselage is frame shape, the fuselage is open before and after, good rigidity, high precision, large size of the worktable, suitable for pressing large parts, the nominal working force is mostly 1600~60000 kn. Heavy presses such as cold extrusion, hot die forging and double acting deep drawing use closed fuselage.
