Description

The tooth width of motor shaft is 20, and its heat treatment adopts carburizing and quenching process, The heat treatment process of the product is carburizing quenching, carburizing process is a very old process, in China, the earliest can be traced back to 2000 years ago.

In recent years, the appearance of high concentration of carburizing process, different from the traditional process in the complete austenite area (temperature at 900~950℃, after carburizing surface carbon mass fraction of 0.85%~1.05%), it is carried out in the uneven austenite state between Ac1~Accm, the surface carbon concentration of the layer can be as high as 2%~4%.

As a result, a permeable layer with uniform and dispersive distribution of fine carbides can be obtained. Its carburizing temperature is reduced to 800℃~860℃ temperature range, can realize the general steel carburizing after direct quenching; Because the high concentration carburizing layer contains a high amount of dispersed carbides (20%~50%), it shows better wear resistance, corrosion resistance, higher contact and bending fatigue strength, higher impact toughness, lower brittleness and better tempering stability than ordinary carburizing layer.
