Description

CVT PULLEY SHEAVE with module 2 and teeth 11, A spline connection consists of an inner and an outer spline. Both internal and external splines are multi-tooth parts, the spline on the inner cylinder surface is the internal spline, and the spline on the outer cylinder surface is the external spline. Obviously, spline connection is a numerical development of flat key connection. Splines are standard construction.

The flat key connection is usually used to connect gears or couplings with interference fit to shafts. Usually spline connection this connection is not interference, so the joined part needs axial fixation. Spline fast and easy to include spline connection bearing capacity is high, good to neutral, but the manufacturing cost is high, need to use a special tool processing.

Because of the different structure and manufacturing process, compared with the flat key connection, spline connection has the following characteristics in strength, process and use: because more teeth and grooves are directly and evenly made on the shaft and hub hole, the spline connection force is more uniform.
