Description

The Scroll Compressor Disc heat treatment process with a weight of 0.5kg mainly includes solution and aging, The material used in this product is 4032 / 6082, of which 6082 is a heat-treatment hardenable alloy, which has good formability, weldability and machinability, as well as medium strength, and can still maintain good operability after annealing.


Heat treatment process,Smelting:
6082 alloy is characterized by containing Mn, which is a refractory metal, and the melting temperature should be controlled at 740-760 ℃. Stir evenly for more than two times before sampling to ensure complete melting of metal, accurate temperature and uniform composition. After mixing, take a sample from the middle of the molten aluminum depth and the left and right sides of the furnace for analysis. The converter can be started after the analysis is qualified.
