Description

The Scroll Compressor Disc heat treatment process with a weight of 0.6kg mainly includes solution and aging, The main processing equipment of this product is press and CNC lathe, among which the function of press is self-evident.

Press (including punch and hydraulic press) is a kind of universal press with exquisite structure. The press can be widely used in cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting and forming.

By applying strong pressure on the metal blank, the metal is processed into parts by plastic deformation and fracture. When the mechanical press works, the motor drives the large pulley (usually also used as flywheel) through the triangular belt, and drives the crank slider mechanism through the gear pair and clutch to make the slider and punch go down in a straight line.

After the forging work of the mechanical press is completed, the sliding block moves upward, the clutch is automatically disengaged, and the automaton on the crank shaft is connected to stop the sliding block near the top dead center.
