Description

The number of teeth of the gear shaft is 85 and the weight is 1.2kg, Forging gear shaft material selection to have good mechanical properties, often using 42CrMo steel through normalizing, tempering, induction heating quenching and low temperature tempering to achieve the required performance.

42CrMo steel contains alloying elements Cr and Mo, in which chromium can increase the hardenability of steel and have secondary hardening effect.
