Description

The tooth width of motor shaft is 22, and its heat treatment adopts carburizing and quenching process, The heat treatment process of the product is carburizing quenching, carburizing process is a very old process, in recent years, there is a high concentration of carburizing process.

In order to prevent the coarsening of austenite grains in the process of carburizing, titanium is generally added to steel to prevent grain growth by forming titanium nitride particles to pin grain boundaries.

The national standard stipulates that the amount of titanium added in carburized carbon steel is 0.04~0.08wt%. However, recent studies have shown that when the titanium content exceeds 0.032%, titanium nitride will be precipitated during the solidification of the ingot during carburizing steel smelting.
