3 in 1 Carbonated Bottling Machine is adapted to control the automatic running of the machine. The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. It is ideal first- choice equipment of beverage manufacturers.

1. The machine adopt Rinsing / Filling / Capping 3-in-1 technology, PLC control, Touch Screen, it is mainly made of SUS304 .
2. It is used for filling kinds of carbonated beverage.
3. Its usual production capacity is in 8000BPH/500ML, 0.2-2L PET bottle is available.

Main performance:

1) Bottle feeding by air conveyor, the speed of bottle feeding is fast and bottle shape do not changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck way.

2) Adopting clamping bottleneck way to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck way in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you only need to change the board related with bottle diameter.

3) Opening valve is driven by cylinder. High filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling valve and control of liquids level is accurate and without loss.

4) Screw capper adopts French advanced technology which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle.

5) The PLC and transducer are chosen from international famous brand, such as MITSUBISHI and OMRON.

Operation:

1. Soft Drink Bottling Machine is automatic. It's of many advantages, such as compact structure, perfect control system and easy to be operated. Advanced PLC touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication true.
2. Washing part in the bottle water machine is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.
3. Filling part in the water filling machine is composed of filling barrel, filling valves (normal temperature and normal pressure filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, vacuum pump, etc.
4. Capping part in this water filling machine is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
