1. The suspending bottle-neck clamping design make the bottle stable during the high speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of different types of bottles easily.
2. The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the arew above the bottle's screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
3. The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine makes the filler quick,steady and accurate.
4. All parts that directly contacting with water are made of high stainless steel. The critical electrical components are from famous international companies, such as mitsubishi, omron and other famous brands.
washing part
PET bottles infeed by combination of infeed grippers, equipped with bottle jam protection device, the machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck postion, avoiding bottle mouth thread comtamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. This part is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, the bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and aso saves rinsing water.
All sliding bushes of lifting device use anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing and the rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.

Gravity filling method
Filling valves aer reasonably structured with accurate filling.
Bottle go up and down in the function of cam through elevator to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.
Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball
Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck.

Capper should have highest precision, influence very much with stability and realiable of the filling monoboc.
Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.
Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.
The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.
A cap inspection system is applied to control on-off of elevator.
