  • Description
The CO2 laser is a gas laser that produces a wavelength of 10.6 μm and belongs to the mid-infrared frequency band. The CO2 laser has a relatively large power and a relatively high electro-optic conversion efficiency, and is currently the most powerful laser.

The carbon dioxide laser uses CO2 gas as a working substance. The CO2 and other auxiliary gases are charged into the discharge tube. When a high voltage is applied to the electrodes and a glow discharge is generated in the discharge tube, the gas molecules can release the laser light. After the laser energy released is amplified, laser processing can be performed.

It widely used in food packaging, beverage packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, architectural ceramics, garment accessories, leather, buttons, fabric cutting, craft gifts, rubber products, stone, electronic components, mobile phone casings, notebook and flat casing, stripping, film cutting , backlight board management, PCB bar code, shell nameplate, etc.
