Leadjet V150PLUS High Speed 280m/min 1-3 Lines Information 1.5-20mm Font Height CIJ Inkjet Printer

Printing on the package is very simple. Using a small character printer, you can achieve high-speed online coding, complete variable data printing, including barcodes, QR codes and other content types.

Under the action of the pressure pump, the ink enters the spray gun. The spray gun is equipped with a crystal oscillator. After the ink is sprayed, a fixed interval is formed after the ink is ejected. Through the processing and phase of the CPU, some ink dots pass through the charging pole. They are charged with different electric cores, and different offsets occur under a high-voltage magnetic field of several thousand volts. The flying nozzles fall on the surface of the moving product to form a dot matrix, thereby forming characters, numbers, figures or two-dimensional codes.

It has the characteristics of high definition, fast drying speed, good adhesion, long time and no fading. It is the preferred equipment for all kinds of food, beverage, daily chemical and pesticide agricultural products packaging bags. Leadjet can also provide plastic for customers. The bag sorting machine can realize high-speed online coding, such as duck eggs and egg bags.
