^{This extruder is used for PVC 110-315 pipe extrusion line. It consists of screw, barrel, driving motor, feeding system and vacuum exhausting system. It has two screws. The diameter of the screw is 80 and 156mm. They are made of 38CrMoAlA and adopts the treatment of Nitrided. Like the screw, the barrel is Nitrided treatment. The barrel has five heating control zones. The whole heating power of it is 36kw. Its cooling system is blower fan and the cooling power is 2.2kw. The type of the gear is Helical gears and the material is 20CrMnTi. Bearings are Chinese famous brand. It has an AC motor with power of 55kw. The motor power of the vacuum exhausting system is 2.2kw with three-phase asynchronous motor working method. The motor power of the feeding system is 0.55kw.}
