PVB film Extrusion line

PVB (polyvinyl butyraldehyde) film is a thermoplastic resin produced by PVB resin plus plasticizer.It is widely used in building laminated glass, starting laminated glass, solar photovoltaic glass, soundproof glass, etc.It has good security to prevent the glass from breaking under the action of external force, and the shards and splashes will hurt people.With sound insulation and uv protection, it can be made into colored or highly transparent glass, which has been used in building curtain wall for 70 years.Has the optical application value, may apply in the solar energy photovoltaic.PVB film currently has two production methods of roller molding and over-water molding, which can produce transparent, color bar and full-color film with thickness of 0.38-1.52mm and width of 500-3400mm.
