Introduction

The LP-D70 automatic bottle unscrambler consists of a bottle unscrambler turntable, bottle reject parts, unscramble bottle parts and an electrical box.

A large number of disorderly bottles are put into the unscrambler turntable by the bottle loading machine, and are transferred to the unscrambler part through the conveyor belt, so that the bottles can be conveyed to the conveyor belt upright. The model has compact structure, simple principle, mature technology, stable and reliable actions

Safety Door Switch

1. Bottle loading (bottle enters the bottle unscrambler turntable through the bottle loading machine)

2. Bottle delivery (the round turntable sends the bottles to the unscramble station, and the belt in the turntable can be used for different bottle diameters by increasing or decreasing the belt in the turntable)

3. Kick the bottle (reject the overlapping bottles to facilitate bottle sorting)

4. Hook bottle (use the bottle hook device to stand the bottle hook upright with the bottle mouth facing forward)

5. Out of the bottle (the upright bottle is conveyed to the bottle mouth turning station through the conveyor belt)

6. Inverted bottles are rejected (the bottom of the bottle is used to stand up the bottle in advance)

7. Turning of the bottle mouth (the steering device makes the direction of the bottle mouth consistent for easy filling)

8. Out of the bottle (bottles with the same mouth are transported to the filling station)

Advanced Features

2. The large area adopts toughened glass cover, which has good visualization effect. It is equipped with induction switches. The glass door needs to be completely closed to start the machine. When the machine is running, any plexiglass door opens and the machine stops, which is safe and reliable.

3. Automatic bottle elevating function, you only need to put the bottles in the bottle elevator, a sensor is installed in the rotary plate, it will automatically elevates the bottles when there is not enough bottle, it will start when the bottles are enough consequently.

4.Coordination sensor, it will stop bottle unscrambling when there is jam of the other sections of the filling line, it will start again when the jam is cleared. It will have the perfect linkage with the other sections of the filling line.
