1. Introduction

TN-150DL intelligent self-adhesive labeling machine adopts programmable control, touch man-machine interface and servo driven labeling. The whole machine is easy to operate, intuitive and has fault display function.
It is suitable for automatic labeling of self-adhesive labels of various circular containers.

4. Features of Labeling Machine

High Precision

 The servo motor drives the labeling mechanism to ensure the high precision of labeling.
The single bottle dividing wheel structure is adopted to make the spacing of bottles to be labeled more accurate.

Stability

 The label feeder is constructed of the driven roller, which adopts wear-resistant rubber. Its excellent friction ensures the long-term stability of the label sending function.

Universality

 The center sleeve seat of the label disc is fixed by two layers, and made of soft polyurethane.
