The controller outputs the fast and slow filling control signals according to the set data to realize the fast and accurate filling of the large filling specifications. It makes up for the defect that the traditional flowmeter filling machine cannot accurately measure the sticky liquid. The equipment can meet the needs of automatic filling of various liquid and meet the filling without foam and foam liquid.

3, high accuracy: The American Metel-Toledo METTLER TOLEDO weighing sensor is adopted to ensure the high accuracy of filling measurement.
4,The filling head adds the rotating liquid cup to collects the remaining materials on the filling head to prevent material leakage from polluting the barrel mouth.
5, adopts fast and slow filling valve, without affecting the speed of the overall filling. Cooperate with submersible mechanism, filling on or under liquid surface, suitable for filling without foam or mild foam materials.
6, bucket retaining mechanism adopts the cylinder on both sides to realize the accurate and firm bucket retaining mechanism. When the filling machine is filled, the next bucket is transported when the filling cylinder is recovered, and the empty bucket enters the filling machine.
7, automatic shift door: manually put the empty bucket on the inlet bucket roller. When the inlet bucket photoelectric detects a bucket, the shift door is automatically open to deliver the empty bucket to the automatic search station.(This function is optional)
8, The complete electronic control system of equipment uniformly adopts the French Schneider configuration, with good compatibility and low energy consumption, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment. Compared with the various miscellaneous cards adopted by other manufacturers, French Schneider's European control system has more advantages in the protection level, stable reliability, safety level, service life, especially the subsequent upgrades.
