1. Product Introduction of FXZ-6J Automatic Bottle Capping Machine

FXZ-6J is a fully automatic in-line capping machine, suitable for capping of bottles less than one liter, with a maximum capacity of 7000 bottles per hour depending on the size of the bottle. The machine includes a rational cap barrel and a cap drop slot, a bottle clamping transmission mechanism, and a capping wheel transmission mechanism. During the horizontal movement of the bottle under the action of the bottle clamping belt, the action of scraping, pressing and screwing the cap is completed.

① Cap sorting (cap sorting by rotary table, front cap goes into cap falling groove, reverse cap will be kicked back to cap sorter)
② Bottle feeding (before entering the capping station, use the belt to clamp the bottle and feed the bottle separately)
③ Scrape the cap (scraping the cap at the bottle mouth to fix the cap)
④ Screw cap (use 3 groups of wheels to screw the cap)
⑤ Bottle out (after capping, the bottle out of the equipment)
