1 Bottle counting(Automatic counting the quantity of empty bottles)
2 Bottle blocker moves out(blocker moves out to position the bottles)
3 Weighing filling(Automatic tare removal,fast and slow weighing type filling)
4 Diving (motor controls nozzles dive to the bottom of bottle, then fill liquid)
5 Rise after filling completed (nozzles rise with the liquid level,until the filling completed)
6 Nozzles return to zero point(after filling,nozzles restore to zero point)
7 Bottle blocker moves back(blocker move back, bottles transfer to next station)
8 Machine runs in circle

Features of 5-25L pesticide filling machine

The bottom of the filling head is equipped with a liquid tray controlled by an independent cylinder and a PTFE external plug to ensure that the liquid do not leak out of the bottle mouth after the filling head is closed.

The whole machine adopts high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and toughened glass door cover, which is better adapted to various production environments, with good corrosion resistance and easy to clean. The sealing material of the contact part between the filling scale and the liquid is PTFE
