Introduction:

This machine combines bottle-feed, cap-sorter, cap-elevator, capping and bottle-out altogether in one. The rotary structure catches the lid in the certain position, which is very stable and reliable. It does no harm to bottle and lid. When compared with foreign capping machine, it also boasts high capping efficiency, high qualification, and wide application. It is applicable to various size of glass and plastic bottles and caps. Its operation principle is by means of the scratching plate to cap the lid when the bottle rotary. The whole machine is controlled by the PLC, touch screen interface and convenient operation.

Widely used for 80-1000ml bottle automatic capping in pesticides, fine chemicals, daily chemicals, fertilizers, oils and other industries.
