Continuous Vertical Lift Conveyor
1. Introduction
The continuous vertical lifting conveyor is a continuous lifting equipment that uses a chain-driven pallet as a transportation carrier. It is suitable for products packaged in cartons, plastic boxes, woven bags, plastic barrels, iron barrels, etc., and is used for materials between floors. Conveying is divided into two types: Z type and C type. The equipment occupies a small area and has a high lifting height. Products are delivered intermittently, and are controlled by PLC to be seamlessly connected to the production line.
2. Working Principle of Continuous Elevator
The required conveyed products are waiting on the conveyor line connected to the Z-shaped continuous elevator. When the photo-electricity detects that the pallet is in place, the PLC issues an instruction and blocks the device to release or waits for the conveyor line to start to release a product onto the pallet. After the two products reach the waiting position, the barrier rises or the conveyor line stops, and when it starts to wait for the photoelectric detection of the next pallet, the PLC issues another instruction to release the product.
