4, Equipment action flow
4.1
Put the whole battery box needing sticker into the feeding slot, and
the roller drives the battery to run on the belt in sequence.
4.2
Machine control automatically completes all punching and pasting
actions.
4.3 According to the set program, the machine will automatically feed the pasted battery into the material tank and can seamlessly connect the battery voltage internal resistance sorting equipment. The machine will run
automatically without human intervention until the stop key is pressed and the machine stops working.
5, Functional description
5.1 Punching out 3 pieces of battery insulation paper at a time.
5.2 Lei Sai motor is used to drive paper feeding.
5.3 The feeding method is designed to manually pour the battery into the inclined chute, which is convenient for operation.
5.4 The punching die is formed by precision machining of Mold Steel.
5.5 With that function of prevent the battery from being extrude excessively in the punching process and with an alarm prompt;
5.6 The calling and programming of parameters is simple and easy to operate interface with self-learning function, which is suitable for fast training.
5.7 During the operation, people only need to take and put the battery paper box. The rest are all automatic and do not need to be pressed continuously.
Greatly improve the working efficiency of workers and reduce the operation action of work on machines.
5.11 With a display touch screen, faults are displayed on the screen in real
time;
5.12 :Efficiency evaluation:
The machine can paste 3 batteries at the same time every time it works, which
takes 1.8 seconds. About 100 batteries can be pasted per minute.
