The LWL-180A crawler haggloader, which features a double chain scraper and a highly efficient mechanism,
is mainly used for oblique excavating. This efficient excavation and loading equipment is a new model designed
to meet customers' requirements. It is primarily used in mines, tunneling, and underground excavations where gas
and coal dust are present. The tunnel section must be at least 3.5 x 3.5 meters, with rock hardness of f12 and
lump size up to 500 mm.The operating mechanism includes the following parts: bucket, digging arm, and boom.
It can clean loose rocks from the roof to provide a safer environment for workers and also clear rocks from the
ground, significantly reducing workers' labor intensity. The scraper transport mechanism can move rocks to the
end of the machine and dump them into a truck. The crawler walking mechanism uses a hydraulic drive system,
which is compact and flexible, allowing it to operate effectively in wet and slippery tunnels. The hydraulic
transmission system enhances the efficiency and flexibility of both the operating mechanism and the scraper
transport mechanism, ensuring excellent work performance.
The LWL-180A is designed for easy operation and maintenance, providing operators with a safe and comfortable
working environment.
