KAMACH Slotted Pipes are made of high-quality steel, with slots cut by a precise machine. The slots have a width
range of 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm and a length range of 50 mm to 200 mm, depending on your well requirements.
You can choose from two types of cross-sections: straight slot or keystone slot.Straight slot pipes have slots with
equal width throughout the wall of the pipe, both inside and outside. This type of pipe is suitable for consolidated
formations or when slots of 0.030” or wider are needed. Straight slot pipes have higher resistance to wear and are
more economical than keystone slot pipes.
Keystone slot pipes have slots with a reversed “V” shape, with narrower spacing at the liner surface and wider
spacing on the inside casing wall. This type of pipe is ideal for unconsolidated formations or when slots of less than
0.030” are required. Keystone slot pipes have a lower risk of clogging and improve work efficiency.
Both types of pipes are treated with anti-corrosion treatment and have a dense protective layer on each surface
of the screen tube. This enhances the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the pipes and extends their service life.
They are specially designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures while providing optimal sand control
and flow performance.
