KAMACH Shutter Screen, or louver screen, is a well screen that prevents sand from entering the well while allowing
maximum water flow. It is made by punching downward-facing slots on a flat sheet and then rolling it into a pipe.
It can be made from various types of steel, such as carbon, copper-bearing, high-strength low-alloy, and stainless.
KAMACH Shutter Screen is ideal for large-diameter, deep, gravel envelope wells that pump groundwater from thick
sand and gravel formations.
KAMACH Shutter Screen is widely used in water, oil, and gas wells, as well as in environmental well completions.
It is also known as the “heart of the well” because it is the most important factor affecting the well's efficiency.
Thickness: 3 - 10 mm
Material: Mild steel and stainless steel
Pipe pattern: Welded pipe and ERW type
Slot size: 2mm*100mm
Slot opening: from 6% to 15N
It has high flow operation and high collapse strength. It’s widely use in water well screen.
Noted: KAMACH screens are designed according to the customers’ specific requirements.
