Q3:Will the LED lamp rust?
A:Using Aluminium(Die-cast aluminum)+PC LENS.Aluminum die-casting body, heat treatment make lamp more strength. And anodized, makes lamp anti-corrosion, anti-rust and never color fading.

Q4:Will the temperature of your lamp be too high and the battery cannot be charged?
A:Using Aluminium hoursing,good Heat dissipation.use Cooling cotton surround the battery,the lithium battery has BMS certification and there is a heat shield inside the battery.

Q5:If the battery damage,how to change?

Q6:Will the lamp enter water and then not waterproof?
A:The protection level reaches IP65,and it is still standing in the wind and rain despite the bad weather

Q8:Will the maintenance cost of solar lights be high?
A:3 years warranty for whole lamp,15 years lifespan for solar panel,controller and LED chip have 5 years warranty.

Q10:What should I do if there is a problem with the solar light I bought
A:Our sales team provides 24-hour service at any time; 3-year warranty, within the warranty period, not man-made damage, we will replace the lamp for you free of charge.

Q11:When can I receive the goods after placing the order?
A:Lead time : Samples : 3-5 days ; For bulk order : 15-20days ;

Q12:If the goods damage in transportation?
A:The packaging uses foam, if using express delivery,add the corner protector and the strap, the packaging is strict, if it is damaged, we will solve the problem in time.

Q13:Will the transportation cost be high?
A:we have cooperated with 6 shipping forwarder,and we will choose most economic shipping for you.

Q14:Which payment way do you support?
