Q.1: Where is your company located? A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. Q.2: How is the packing? A: We pack our bikes/scooter in cardboard boxes. One bike into per carton. Q.3: What is your terms of payment? A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. The photos of the products and packages will be showed to you before you pay the balance. Q.4: Can I get a sample and how long will it take? A: Yes. We can supply samples. But the buyer pays for the sample and freight. within 7 days after receiving the payment, the samples wil be sent. Q.5: Can I mix different models in one container? A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container. Q.6: What's the after-sale warranty?
