Robust:

Beneath rubber and paint, the frame of the Hyper Bumper is made mainly from extremely tough materials. Whereas other manufacturers would make the control board case, battery compartment, speaker case from wood or plastic, we use steel plates that are CNC created to make the car as robust as possible.

The uni-directional wheel stands (with built-in ball-bearing mechanisms) and 3.5 inch Iron-core wear-resisting polyurethane wheels and high-end drifting brushless motor solid tires form solid backbone for the Hyper Bumper.

Positioned on the wheels and beneath everything are the full steel chassis and protection steel plates. These added protections give the Hyper Bumper racer extreme strength. In our collision experiment, after a full-speed collision with a solid wall without rubber bumper, not a single crack or dent was formed on the fiberglass car body. With the combined protection from both the rubber bumper and the steel frame, this bumper car provides unmatched safety and robustness.

Our built-in control board is designed to withstand 100V of voltage, while most in-market bumper cars are designed for 24V or 48V. The massive tolerance improvement enables this bumper car to overcome electrical surges during bumping, collisions, drifting, and sharp turnings.
