1﹑Applicable material

Shuttle kilns are versatile and are used in many industries, as they offer a good degree of precise temperature and timing control.

In factories, they're often combined with on-rail kiln cars that can ferry a large batch of product into the kiln. The 'shuttle' part of their name comes from the idea that you can simply shuttle kiln cars in and out of the kiln once the firing is completed.

High-speed isothermal burners are adopted, arranged at different heights, and high-speed airflow is ejected to make the airflow in the kiln rotate strongly, and the convective heat transfer effect is greatly improved. The temperature difference of each point in the kiln can be controlled within 5 ℃ during the high-temperature stage. In the low temperature stage, the temperature-adjusting air is used to increase the amount of flue gas, and the temperature of the flue gas sprayed into the kiln is adjusted, and the temperature difference in the kiln is between 5 °C and 10 °C. The heating and cooling speed is fast,and the firing cycle is short.

5. Appropriate inspection and control instruments can be configured, and PLC control is adopted to realize fully automatic operation.
