The temperature difference of each point in the kiln can be controlled within 5 ℃ during the high-temperature stage. In the low temperature stage, the temperature-adjusting air is used to increase the amount of flue gas, and the temperature of the flue gas sprayed into the kiln is adjusted, and the temperature difference in the kiln is between 5 °C and 10 °C. The heating and cooling speed is fast,and the firing cycle is short.

5. Appropriate inspection and control instruments can be configured, and PLC control is adopted to realize fully automatic operation.
