The mesh belt kiln is a continuous kiln, with a metal mesh belt as the transmission mode. The metal mesh belt is carried by rollers or support plates. According to the heating method, it can be divided into two categories: gas kiln and electric kiln. It can be fired with open flame or flame.
A series of stainless steel rollers are arranged along the length of the kiln, supporting the metal mesh belt, which is driven by the speed regulating motor; the product can be placed directly on the mesh belt for drying or firing. The mesh belt is made of stainless steel of different materials according to the temperature. Due to the limitation of metal materials, the general use temperature of the mesh belt kiln is less than 900℃.
The temperature control system of the mesh belt kiln consists of a digital display intelligent PID regulator and a thyristor, forming a closed-loop control system, which can realize automatic and precise temperature control. The heating element adopts FEC ceramic heating plate or ceramic heating rod, and the temperature control system adopts a multi-stage intelligent program temperature controller imported from Japan. The data communication interface can be configured as required, variable frequency stepless speed regulation, heat-resistant steel mesh belt transmission, and large wrap angle tension wheel design concept to ensure smooth product transportation.
As a thermal equipment for continuous production, the working system of the mesh belt kiln varies greatly depending on the type of fuel, kiln structure, roasting products, roasting form, etc. Its stable and reliable quality, uniform furnace temperature, and energy saving have been recognized by customers.
The whole set of mesh belt kiln equipment consists of three parts: furnace body, mesh belt transmission system and temperature control system.
1. The furnace body consists of feeding section, pre-burning section, sintering section, slow cooling section, water cooling section and discharging section.
2. The mesh belt transmission system consists of high temperature resistant mesh belt, transmission device, etc. The running speed of the mesh belt kiln is adjusted by the frequency converter, and a digital display mesh belt speed measuring device is configured; the mesh belt speed can be directly read.
3. The temperature control system consists of thermocouples.
As a special equipment for catalyst carrier roasting, the kiln's working system mainly includes kiln foundation, kiln main structure, mesh belt transmission system, electric heating system, hot air circulation system, exhaust gas removal system, cooling system, automatic control system, etc.
1. The mesh belt kiln adopts a metal frame structure, and the requirements for the foundation are not high, mainly the ground bearing capacity and elevation requirements. The ground bearing capacity requirement reaches 8 tons/㎡, and the site is flat. The foundation is 300mm thick concrete, and the kiln body is placed on the concrete bottom surface.
2. The metal frame adopts independent structural units, which are welded with rectangular tubes. The refractory material bearing chassis is welded with channel steel. The length of each unit structure is 2m, the kiln head frame is 1.5m, and the kiln tail frame is connected by bolts. There are adjustment bolts at the bottom to adjust the overall height of the frame.
3. The transmission system of the mesh belt kiln consists of mesh belt, roller, roller, tensioner, deviation correction mechanism and power mechanism. The mesh belt winding diameter and the string shaft diameter should be selected reasonably to ensure that the overall strength of the mesh belt and the gap size meet the design requirements.
4. The mesh belt kiln adopts electric heating. The electric heating element is wound with nickel 80 chromium 20 resistance wire. This heating element is reliable and easy to maintain. When necessary, it can be replaced in a hot state without stopping the furnace. At the same time, in order to prevent the broken materials falling through the mesh belt gap from falling directly onto the resistance heating element, necessary protective measures are taken above the resistance heating element.
5. The calcination of the catalyst carrier will produce a certain amount of exhaust gas. Two exhaust gas exhaust branches are installed on the top of the kiln head of the mesh belt kiln to exhaust the exhaust gas in time.
6. The mesh belt kiln adopts forced ventilation cooling to reduce the temperature in the kiln. Forced ventilation cooling also effectively shortens the length of the kiln cooling section.
7. In addition to the mesh belt drive frequency conversion control, mesh belt automatic tensioning and automatic deviation correction mechanism mentioned above, the mesh belt kiln also realizes automatic control of temperature and all fan pressures.
