Steel Belt Kiln/Large Output/Simple Structure/Good Sealing Performance/Low Gas Consumption/Precise Temperature Control

Brief Overview

The whole set of equipment consists of three parts: furnace body, steel belt transmission system and temperature control system.
The furnace body consists of feeding section, heating section, slow cooling section, water cooling section and discharging section.
The temperature control system consists of thermocouple, digital display intelligent PID regulator and thyristor, forming a closed-loop control system, which can realize automatic and precise temperature control.

Features

1. Large output, simple structure, easy process adjustment and quality control;

2. Good sealing performance and low gas consumption; roller seals or gas curtains + fiber curtains are used at the inlet and outlet.

3. Equipped with automatic deviation correction device;

4. Closed-loop control system, which can realize automatic and precise temperature control; the temperature control system is composed of thermocouple, imported digital display intelligent PID regulator and thyristor to form a closed loop.

5. Extended service life; the heating section muffle is made into a corrugated shape to increase the strength of the muffle.

Applications

Steel belt kiln is mainly used for the calcination and fine reduction of metal powders such as iron powder, copper powder, cobalt powder, molybdenum powder, tungsten powder, etc. produced by oxide reduction in powder metallurgy industry and metal salts such as cobalt oxalate and APT.
