Description:

Silica brick is SiO2 content of not less than 96% of the silica as raw materials, adding mineralants (such as scales, lime milk) and binding agent (such as sulfite pulp waste) by mixing, molding, drying, firing and other processes be made of. The higher the SiO2 content in the silica raw material, the higher the refractoriness. Impurity components K2O, Na2O, etc. are harmful, will seriously reduce the refractory products refractory. Fe2O3, CaO, MgO and other impurities from the role of flux. Advanced silicon brick raw materials subject to special treatment, remove impurities.
