Clay insulation firebrick is argillaceous product with about 30~40% Al2O3 content. which is made of 50% soft clay and 50% hard chamotte according to certain granularity need to blend and fired at 1300~1400 ℃ high temperature after moulding and drying. Clay insulation fire brick main mineral composition includes kaolinite (Al2O3·2SiO2·2H2O) and 6~7% impurities (K, Na, Ca, Ti, Fe oxide).
