Founded in 2002, Kinsai Industrial Co., Limited is a China precision machining manufacturer and supplier offers services of CNC machining parts and custom precision machined components for more than 10 years. Our company has the capability to do CNC milling, CNC turning, precision grinding, EDM machining, metal stamping, etc. We have rich experience of machining metal and plastic materials like Aluminum, Stainless steel, copper, brass, kovar / invar, acrylic, POM, Nylon etc.

Through many years development, we gathered a group of experienced engineers and machinists, and many qualified partner suppliers in China to offer us surface finish, raw materials and related services. The custom cnc machined parts we produced are mainly served for Aerospace, Medical, Defense and Military, Telecommunication, Test & Measurement, Semiconductor, Automation, Automative, Bikes & Scooters, etc. We can not only produce precision machining parts, but also do assembly and custom test fixture engineering design according to different demands from customers.

Kinsai work shop is well equiped with advanced CNC milling machines, CNC turning machines, grinding machines, Wire EDM machines, high speed punching machines, etc, and test instruments like Swiss TESA CMM, Swiss TESA height gauges, USA Mitutoyo roughness tester, Microscopes, etc.

Q: What do you need to do pricing?

A: Making precise quotation are based on following things:

1. 2d/3d drawings of the parts or the existing samples.

2. The quantity of the parts you want.

Q: How much time do you need to quote?

A: Generally a quotation could be offered within 2 days after receiving inquiry with all necessary details.

Q: How long does it take to finish production?

A: It depends on product complexity and quantity. We will give our extact delivery time when you get the quotation.

Q: What kind of payment terms do you accept?

A.: For small amount order, we accept 100% payment before producing. If the total amount is under 1000USD, Paypal and Western Union are available; More than 1000 USD, wire transfer only.

For large amount order: 40%TT of deposit before producing, and 100% before shipping.

Q: Is it possible to know whether my parts are under processing without a visit to your company?

A: We will send you processing schedule and weekly reports. The reports may include pictures that show the status of production.

Q: What guarantee that you will make parts as good as we need?

A: We can start from making few pcs of samples for your approval first. If samples are confirmed, then we start mass production. We always offer full dimensional inspect reports and other related reports like surface finish reports to you.

Q: What guarantee do we get that parts are made from the correct material?

A: We can offer material analysis reports which will asure you we use correct materials.

Q: If your parts have problem after receiving and checking in our company, do you refund our money?

A: If the parts are damaged during shipping because of wrong packing or any other quality problem on our responsibility, we will return your money or we could make replacement parts to you again for free until you are satisfied.
