There are 5 production workshops in total, each workshop has 3~5 production lines, total 20 production lines

3. Name of production line: electric type finished products workshop, 1 person in charge, 150 operators, QC20 people, QA5 people
4. Production line name: Oven fan type finished product workshop, 1 supervisor, 200 operators, QC30 people,QA10 people
5. Name of production line: toaster/kettle type finished product workshop, 1 supervisor, 180 operators, QC20 people,QA 8 people

Kinwing is specializing in R&D, manufacturing and sales of kinds of
kitchen appliances, such as toaster / kettle / coffee maker etc. Kinwing
have 50 experienced & qualified engineer, they are full experience to
meet customers' request for both ODM & OEM projects.
Kiwing can satisfy for the relevant production processing by ourselves,

2) injection workshop
3) color painting workshop

4) finished assembly lines 15
5) lab testing room.

2008-Established Kingwing Company, started to produce small home appliances

2010-Factory size enlarged to 15000㎡ . Yearty volume reach more than 1.5million pcs. Got 6 design patents, and 1utility patent.

2012- Adding five production lines due to the expand of the markets

2013- Planning our own foreign trade corporation to enter the global market

2017-Our small home appliances like Toaster, Air Fryer Oven,Kettle, coffee maker were sold around the world, and the quality and technology of our products is highly recommended by our global customers.

2018-Annual turnover reach 35million USD.Annual output reach 4million pcs.

2019-New plant has been finished and was in production which occupied area 36000㎡

Strict Quality Control of Production

a) Rigorous quality test process

There is a comprehensive and rigorous quality test process: temperature rise test → searing test → high and low temperature test → saltwater spray test → friction test → blasting force test → drop test → vibration test → life test.

b) Workshop

We now have high class non-dust workshops and each worker is forced to wear clip caps and shoe covers. Before they enter the workshop, there is an air shower room to keep hygiene. That make sure the work environment clean and safe.

c) Quality Control

Four supevisors will check to make sure products meet quality

c2. QC in packaging

Workers check whether the packs contain hair and dust before making packaging.

d) Quality complains

If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
