Product Description:

PTFE Knitted Mesh is a flexible porous gas-liquid filtration material that can be used in varying applications. It is commonly known as PTFE Demister pad knitted wire mesh or PTFE gas liquid filter due to its capability to separate liquid from gas phases. This knitted mesh is resistant to high temperatures, chemical solvents, and abrasion. It is designed to be efficient and economical, with a long service life. When used as a gas-liquid filter, the PTFE mesh will aid in removing entrained droplets from process gas efficiently and quickly. Features:

PTFE woven mesh has great chemical stability and resistance to strong acids, bases, and various organic solvents which make it withstand extreme chemical conditions. It also carries high temperature resistance with a maximum decomposition of 400°C and working temperature up to +250°C as well as low temperature resistance which can maintain 5% elongation and good mechanical strength even at -196°C. Additionally, PTFE has a fractional coefficient that is very low (0.04) and its not easy to adhere to any substance. Its dielectric performance is independent of temperature and frequency.

PTFE woven mesh is also non-toxic and its chemical properties are inert. It has lead content of less than 10-11 grams/milliliter, and uranium content of less than 10-12 grams/milliliter. Its lightweight also makes it easier to install and replace compared to a metal woven mesh.
